Agile-Enterprise began as a learning organization dedicated to systems design, development and Executive and Team Coaching. Founded in 1982 as a storefront training center, the purpose gradually emerged as a vision of consulting and training under the organization title: The Victory Group. This organization prospered through 2005 when the Agile-Enterprise Group LLC was born. This new organization is focused on:

John Victory

John believes that everyone is a leader. He specializes in:

  • facilitating strategic change in non-profit human service organizations, teams and individuals
  • designing customized learning that delivers service excellence.
  • helping board members, team leaders, employees and managers develop long-term strategies for flex-ability and change readiness.

John Victory’s workshops are designed to:

  • develop inclusive and leader-full teams
  • foster a productive and energetic workplace
  • develop agility and continuous change readiness at all levels in these turbulent times.

A faculty member at Michigan State University and Lansing Community College for many years. John is a classroom innovator who received a “Crystal Apple Award as Outstanding Educator” from Michigan State University.

John creates a positive learning climate where people stretch to reach higher. His innovative ideas create excitement and energy within groups. John inspires people to collaborate in new relationships to advance their growth through team and organizational learning.

John helps Boards learn agency governance from a new perspective. He coaches executives, leaders and team members to envision exciting and productive long-term capacity building strategies to help grow their business. These innovative and adaptive processes benefit all organization constituents. John targets consumer-centered services as a major change strategy.

When organization teams and community partners commit to sharing common ground, they open up new possibilities for creating positive, agile and adaptive organizations. Agile individuals and resilient teams generate high energy and deliver great results to the organization and community.

John is the President of the Michigan Statewide Independent Living Council 501c3 Board (Mi SILC) and works extensively with many SILC Councils, for example: he is now working with California SILC, Florida ILC, and many local CIL Boards and staff teams. He has facilitated the design and development of long-term strategic visions and plans with many different CIL Boards and Staff Teams over the last 30 years. John is dedicated to innovation with this group.
